They are also great at adjusting to the offense motions and audibles.
3-2-6 defense
The 3-2-6 defensive playbook has unique formations that are designed to stop quick offenses. The biggest standout is the inclusion of the Nickel 3-3 Dbl Mug formation, which has A-gap blitz plays that work against almost any offensive formation in the game.
There’s not one shotgun formation or running game that is quicker than the A gap blitz in Nickel 3-3 Dbl Mug. Looking for a ton of sacks or to stuff the running back at the line of scrimmage? This is the best pick for you.
4-2-5 defense
